There’s a new head coach of the boys’ tennis team at Manitowoc Lincoln High School.
The district tells SeehaferNews.com that Paige Cotton will take on the role beginning in Spring of 2026.
Cotton brings an extensive background in both education and tennis, which includes being a tennis instructor at the Oshkosh YMCA for five years after graduating from UW-Oshkosh.
She later became a pro tennis instructor at Western Racquet and Fitness Club in Green Bay.
Her coaching career began at Oshkosh West High School, where she served as the boys’ JV tennis coach.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she kept her players engaged through distance practices.
She joined MPSD in 2022 as a Physical Education teacher at Franklin Elementary and coached tennis at Washington Middle School.
Cotton also serves as an assistant and JV coach for the Lincoln girls’ tennis team.
The new boy’s tennis coach says she is “eager to pay it forward, inspiring my athletes to unlock their full potential and achieve greatness. I’m committed to cultivating a culture of excellence, dedication, and teamwork. I’m excited to embark on this journey with our talented players.”
