
Educators and manufacturers around Northeast Wisconsin will be honored next month at the 14th annual Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnerships Awards.
A total of eleven awards will be handed out to spotlight best practices of manufacturing and education collaborations throughout the area, as well as showcasing top talent from local manufacturing companies.
Marinette High School is set to receive the Brighter Image Award, while the Higher Education Award will be presented to James B. Mathews of the College of Menominee Nation & Clintonville High School.
Three Career Pathmaker Awards will be given to Joe Ciontea of WTEA, Cyndi Pavelski from Inspire Wisconsin – CESA 6, and Max Garvey of the Oshkosh Area School District.
The Manufacturing Award Winners are Eagle Performance Plastics, Amcor, A to Z Machine Company, Russ Nowak of D&S Machine Service Inc., and LaForce, while the Community Partnership award will go to Envision Greater Fond du Lac & Project G.R.I.L.L..
