There’s competition in cross country, girls’ swimming, along with girls’ volleyball and boys’ soccer, this Saturday, September 13th.
Shawano is hosting more than 20 schools in a huge cross-country invitational.
The field includes Manitowoc Lincoln and several teams from throughout northeast Wisconsin.
Competition begins at 10 a.m. Roncalli, Manitowoc Lutheran, Two Rivers, Valders, Howards Grove, Denmark, Kewaunee, and Random Lake are part of a field competing at a cross-country meet held at Lincoln Park in Manitowoc beginning at 9 a.m.
In girls’ volleyball, Manitowoc Lincoln hosts Arrowhead, Divine Savior Holy Angels, and Fond Du Lac at the JFK starting at 10 a.m., and Manitowoc Lutheran heads to Shawano for the Abby Tuma Invitational.
The field consists of the Lancers, Brillion, and Pulaski, with competition scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
Roncalli is in Oshkosh for a tournament hosted by Loudes Academy starting at 9 a.m., and Valders is in Dodgeland for an invitational beginning at 8 a.m.
In girls’ tennis, Manitowoc Lincoln hosts an invitational at Lincoln Park.
The field consists of teams from Plymouth, Fox Valley Lutheran, Grafton, Kaukauna, Marshfield, and Shawano Community, with matches scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
Boys soccer matches on the calendar include a tournament hosted by Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth hosts Pulaski, Denmark travels to Green Bay NEW Lutheran, Bay Port hosts Wausau West, and Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay is home for Verona.
Winneconne plays at St. Mary Catholic in Fox Crossing, Fox Valley Lutheran hosts Hortonville, Kaukauna heads to West Bend West, and Kimberly participates in a tournament held in Hudson.
