Sheboygan now has new police officers working the beat on the north and south sides of the city.
The Sheboygan Police Department has shared that they have named Officer Alison Meyer as the North Side Beat Cop, while Officer Marcus Renzelmann will serve as the South Side’s Beat Cop.
Officer Meyer has been with the department for two years, and she will be responsible for overseeing the Erie Hill, Gateway, South Calumet Kuehne Park, and Maple Heights neighborhoods.
Officer Meyer has served Sheboygan PD for three years and grew up on the south side of the city, where he is now working the beat.
His dedicated assignment will have him patrolling in the neighborhoods of Franklin Park, Swift, South Central, South Lake, and Farnsworth.
