The Manitowoc Lincoln girls’ tennis team has now won two in a row.
The Ships took down the Green Bay Preble Hornets 5-2, with the #1 doubles tandem of Taylor Peterson and Jordin Popp extending their winning streak.
The Lincoln duo is now 3-0 on the season after a 6-0, 6-0 win, while Breleigh Kowalski and Elighana Camacho claimed their #3 double matchup 6-2, 6-1.
In singles play, Hannah Brown won 6-0, 6-2 in #2 singles, Aurora Jones took her #3 singles match 6-2, 6-0, and Maddie Black took down her #4 doubles opponent 6-3, 6-1.
The Ships will be back in action on Thursday as they travel to Green Bay to take on Notre Dame.
