UW Health has been honored as one of the top employers in both Wisconsin and Illinois.
The rankings, published by Forbes in collaboration with Statista, placed the health system 21st in Wisconsin and 5th in Illinois.
The recognition comes from the annual America’s Best-In-State Employers list.
This list surveys over 160,000 workers at companies with at least 500 employees.
Rankings are based on both direct employee feedback and public perception, particularly how likely individuals are to recommend their workplace.
