The Manitowoc Lincoln girls’ tennis team showcased its dominance last night on the road against Green Bay Southwest.
All seven flights earned straight set wins, some without conceding a single game.
Sophia Levihn toppled Andie Troup 6-1,-6-2 in #1 singles, while Hannah Brown won 6-1, 6-0 in #2 singles over Izabelle Mueller.
Aurora Jones and Maddie Black were perfect in their #3 and #4 singles matches, winning 6-0, 6-0, as did the #1 doubles tandem of Taylor Peterson and Jordin Popp.
Candence Fischer and Julia Jagemann almost swept their opponents in #2 doubles, taking a 6-0, 6-1 victory, while #3 doubles tandem Breleigh Kowalski and Elighana Camacho had no competition.
The Ships will next be in action at Lincoln Park in Manitowoc on September 9th, when they face off against Green Bay Preble.
