
The man who was shot by police in Eau Claire after allegedly pointing a gun at officers during a disturbance call has reached a plea agreement.
Thomas Burback sustained a minor wound and was treated before being taken into custody.
Authorities determined the officer acted within policy.
Burback pleaded no contest to charges of firearm possession while intoxicated and failure to comply with law enforcement.
Two other charges were dismissed.
A sentencing date has not yet been set.
