The former Sheboygan Falls Assistant Fire Chief is set to be sentenced for sexually assaulting a child.
Court records show that 45-year-old John P. Albright will be inside a Sheboygan County courtroom tomorrow (September 4th) for his sentencing hearing.
This comes after Albright was convicted due to a no contest plea of one felony count of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child back in June.
Originally, the 45-year-old pled not guilty to the lone charge he faced; however, he later changed that plea to no contest.
While few details are available regarding the case, when first announced by the Sheboygan Falls Police Department in October of last year, it was said that the former Assistant Fire Chief was under investigation for sexually assaulting a child under the age of 16.
