Bellin Memorial Hospital in Green Bay has once again received a perfect rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
This is the tenth consecutive year Emplify Health by Bellin has received a 5-star rating, with the only other local hospitals making the cut being Aurora Health Care Central in Sheboygan and Door County Medical Center in Sturgeon Bay.
CMS ranked more than 4,600 hospitals around the country in the categories of mortality, safety of care, re-admission, patient experience, and timely and effective care.
Dr. Scott Rathgaber, Emplify Health CEO, called the honor a “true testament to the teams and individuals who go above and beyond to provide the best care for everyone we serve.”
Emplify Health by Bellin was one of just 291 hospitals to receive the five-star rating, thirteen of which are in Wisconsin.
