There are new owners for a motel in Two Rivers.
On their Facebook page, Brian and Amanda (Zich) Conjurski announced that they’ve purchased the Cool City Motel and are planning to revitalize the property, transforming it into a welcoming, modern destination.
For the time being, the two parties say the building will continue to operate at the Cool City Motel as they begin the transition and rebranding process.
The hotel will be deep-cleaned as part of the remodel, as well as full-scale renovations across the rooms and facility itself.
When they purchased the property, the Conjurskis said they saw tremendous potential in its bones and location.
The couple appreciates everyone’s patience during the transitional phase and looks forward to unveiling the fully refreshed space soon.
