An investigation is underway after chemicals were reportedly dumped near Madison.
This took place along County Highway N in Cottage Grove early Sunday.
The Madison Fire Department responded to the 2700 block and called in hazmat crews to test the substances.
The results were inconclusive.
Officials say there is currently no risk to public health or the environment, including nearby water sources.
