Home buyers in Manitowoc County were a little happier last month.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association has released its July Home Sales report, which stated that the median price of the homes sold in Manitowoc County in July was $230,000.
This is the same rate as July 2024, and $37,500 less than in June.
However, that is higher than every other month this year so far.
In total, 101 homes were sold, which is the second highest number over the past two years, with only May of this year boasting a single more home sold.

The state also followed local trends in the total sales category, with the 6,820 finalized sales being the second highest over the past two years, with June of this year being the most at 7,172 sales.
