Culvert pipe replacement will close a Manitowoc County highway next week.
The Manitowoc County Emergency Services Department shared an announcement on their Facebook page from the Manitowoc County Highway Department regarding the closure of County Highway W for culvert replacement next Monday (August 25th) from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The project involves replacing a culvert pipe in the Town of Collins, located south of the railroad tracks and north of County Highway JJ.
Traffic will be detoured to Highway 10, then to County Highway J, and then to Highway JJ, returning to Highway W.
The project is weather-dependent and can change.
