A motorcyclist has died after he struck a vehicle in Outagamie County.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office was called to the intersection of Meade Street and Mackville Road in the Town of Center at 3:00 Wednesday afternoon.
WBAY TV reports that the investigation revealed that a 20-year-old man from Freedom was riding his motorcycle south on Meade Street when he hit an SUV that was turning onto Meade.
The 26-year-old woman driving the SUV was uninjured, however the Freedom man died at the scene.
Alcohol is not believed to have been involved in the crash. The identities of those involved have not yet been released.
The Wisconsin State Patrol, Appleton Police Department, Town of Center First Responders, Town of Center Fire Department, Gold Cross Ambulance Service, and ThedaStar all assisted at the scene.
