A Green Bay resident has more money in their pocket following a big lottery drawing.
The Wisconsin Lottery explains that a $259,394 Fast Play ticket was drawn last Saturday (August 2nd) after the person purchased a $10 Hit the Jackpot ticket.
It was sold at a University Shell gas station on University Avenue in Green Bay.
The Fast Play Progressive Jackpot differs from other lottery games in that it can be won instantly after a lottery ticket is purchased.
Twelve different games are offered through the Wisconsin Lottery, with the cost of the ticket determining how much of the Fast Play jackpot a person wins.
The winning ticket holder has 180 days from the draw date to claim their winnings, and the gas station will earn an incentive for selling the ticket.
