Bail has been set for the Manitowoc man who allegedly bought a minor a tablet and phone to continue a sexual relationship.
Bail was set by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa at $10,000 cash for 34-year-old Travis Komorowski as he faces charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Repeated Acts of Sexual Assault of a Child, and three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child.
A woman reported to Child Protective Services that she had come home on a lunch break when she caught Komorowski and a minor engaged in sexual contact.
She told Komorowski the child’s age, but he continued to speak with them, and even bought a tablet and phone for the minor to enable contact.
He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim, their residence, anyone who resides there, or anyone under the age of 18.
He was also ordered not to possess any internet-enabled devices and to maintain absolute sobriety.
Komorowski is due back in court on August 11th for his initial appearance in Branch 1.
