There are three Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (August 6th), all involving the Expo-Ice Center Board.
The Finance Sub-Committee will start the evening off in the Expo Office at 6:15 p.m., where they will review the 2026 budget.
Then, at 6:30 p.m., the Marketing and Advertising Sub-Committee will convene to discuss the Manitowoc County Fair photographer, a potential marketing opportunity for the 2026 fair, and to get updates on Fairest of the Fair, social media marketing, and an upcoming Women’s Day event.
The full board will meet at 7:00 p.m. to discuss numerous items related to the upcoming fair.
Expo Facilities Manager Janelle Shelton was on WOMT’s Be My Guest program this morning, where she spoke more about what guests can expect this year.
