
There are two governmental meetings scheduled for today (August 4th) in the City of Sheboygan.
Up first will be the Mead Public Library Human Resources Committee meeting at 4:30 in the library’s second-floor conference room.
The committee will be discussing policy and position updates at the library.
Then at 6:00 p.m., the Common Council will meet in council chambers at City Hall.
On the docket for the council today will be receiving a presentation on the year-to-date budget report by the City’s Finance Director, Kaitlyn Krueger, before she provides an outlook on next year’s budget as well.
Also on the agenda is a vote to authorize a budget amendment, after the Council approved the purchase of two parcels of land in the Town of Wilson last month.
There are two more governmental meetings this week in Sheboygan, with both the Board of Marina, Parks & Forestry and the Board of License Examiners meeting tomorrow (August 5th).
