A Green Bay man is facing a 6th OWI charge.
Wisconsin State Patrol Sergeant Clint Beck says a trooper made a traffic stop for speeding on Interstate 41 near State Highway 47 on Friday (August 1st) just before 11:00 a.m.
During the stop, the trooper found 52-year-old Steven C. Hendricks showing signs of impairment and did a field sobriety test.
Hendricks was said to be driving above his .02 blood alcohol concentration restriction.
He was arrested for operating while under the influence, a 6th offense.
Hendricks was taken to the Outagamie County Jail after getting an evidentiary blood draw at a local hospital.
