Bond has been adjusted for the man who fled from Manitowoc police over the weekend.
23-year-old Erick J. Ruiz-Espinoza was given a $200 cash bond by Court Commissioner Luke LeFevre on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Resisting an Officer, Felony Bail Jumping, and four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, while his bond on his four open cases was adjusted.
In an open domestic violence case, his bail was increased from $100 cash to an additional $800, bond was re-set for a battery case at $500 recognizance, an additional $50 cash was ordered on an OWI case, and a $250 recognizance bond was continued for a case where he operated a vehicle without a valid license.
Ruiz-Espinoza was at a residence in the 1600 block of Dewey Street Saturday morning when police were called for a noise complaint.
He fled when police arrived and was detained the following day.
As of this morning, Ruiz-Espinoza is still in the Manitowoc County Jail.
He is due for his initial appearance in Branch 4 on August 4th.
