A simple noise complaint turned into a foot pursuit for Manitowoc Police.
Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1600 block of Dewey Street just after 3:00 Saturday morning after a caller reported a group of people playing music and being loud.
When the officers arrived, a 23-year-old man ducked his head and started to walk away.
When the police asked him to stop, the man took off running down Dewey Street and through the yards of neighboring homes.
He jumped a fence and ran through the backyard of a residence as well.
Manitowoc Police K9 Rolo and K9 Knox with the Sheriff’s Department were both dispatched, but the suspect could not be located.
Officers returned to the residence at 9:00 Sunday evening, where they located the suspect and took him into custody.
The man was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Resisting an Officer, Felony Bail Jumping, and four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
