The Chamber of Manitowoc County has created a new development series for businesses.
The class, titled “20 Tenets of Culture,” is designed to help local employers strengthen their workplace culture and upskill employees in essential soft skills.
Chamber Manitowoc County Executive Director Abbey Quistorf says, “Soft skills like communication, ownership, and adaptability are more important than ever in today’s workforce, and this program gives teams a clear, actionable framework to grow.”
Employees will learn traits such as coachability, being welcoming, and learning to take ownership and responsibility for fixing things.
The series starts on September 16th and will continue for eight weeks.
