A Manitowoc man is facing a total of 66 charges after a slew of emails were turned over to police.
An officer met with the alleged victim on Tuesday, July 15th, who turned over a stack of printed-out emails sent by a man ordered to have no contact with them.
The total number of emails was redacted, but they dated back to June 1st.
In the emails, the 49-year-old man called the victim “crazy”, and threatened to file a criminal case against them, saying they “will be held accountable.”
Much of the police report was redacted, including the number of calls the suspect made to the victim over that same time frame.
In total, he was charged with 22 counts of Violating a Harassment Injunction and 44 counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, as he has two open cases, both for Violating a Harassment Restraining Order.
