It’s nearly time again for the biggest party of the summer in Valders.
The Valders Community Picnic will kick off the weekend on Friday, August 1st, with truck and tractor pulls, and food trucks outside of the Valders Community Center at 420 North Liberty Street.
That Saturday will feature more truck and tractor pulls, horse pulls by the Wisconsin Farm Team Horse Pullers, and a corn hole tournament starting at noon.
Johnny Wad is booked to perform at 7:30 p.m. to close out the night. Then, on Sunday, August 3rd, a car show will begin at 8:00 a.m., followed by a parade at 11:30.
There will also be a petting zoo, kids pedal pulls, and a farm tractor pull with live music by Nettle Hill.
More details and the sign-up for the corn hole tournament can be found on the Valders Community Picnic Facebook page.
