A Franklin man has entered a not guilty plea to charges of child abduction and enticement.
Authorities allege Gary Day kidnapped 16-year-old Wisconsin native Sophia Franklin in February and remained with her until April.
The two were then found at a Nebraska gas station on her 17th birthday.
At the time of the alleged abduction, Day was already being investigated for other child-related offenses.
His next court appearance is scheduled for October 7.
