A summertime tradition in the City of Sheboygan is back this weekend.
The 55th annual Midsummer Festival of the Arts, hosted by the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, will be held on Saturday, July 19th, and Sunday in Downtown Sheboygan.
Festivities will kick off at 10:00 a.m. each day, ending at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
This year’s festival theme is set to be “This Is Where I’m Coming From,” offering attendees the opportunity to reflect on their own personal journeys from the past, present, and future.
The event will feature over 100 artist booths ranging from ceramics to digital art and much more.
This year’s featured artist will be Lori Biwer-Stewart, a printmaker who draws inspiration from the beauty and strength of the Midwest.
Patrons can also expect to enjoy four Levitt AMP Sheboygan Music Series concerts at the City Green stage, 16 food trucks, and hands-on art-making experiences for people of all ages, while also being free to attend.
