The US Coast Guard in Sturgeon Bay rescued seven people yesterday (July 3rd).
WBAY reports that the boat was offshore when it started taking on water just after 6:00 a.m.
Five people and two crew members were taken to a fire rescue boat.
No injuries were reported.
Coast Guard Master Chief Chris Zahn says the leak was from a shaft seal on the boat.
