A Manitowoc man charged with barricading himself in his house after a police pursuit looks to be changing his plea.
According to court records, 55-year-old Kurt D. Hall has a plea date set for August 8th in Branch 3 of the Manitowoc County Courthouse.
Back in March, Manitowoc Police said an officer recognized Hall, who had a warrant out for his arrest in Sheboygan County.
After being pulled over, he allegedly became uncooperative with the police before driving away along Washington Street.
The Manitowoc County SWAT Team was later called to his home on 9th Street after he returned home.
Hall had barricaded himself inside the house, which forced the SWAT Team to force entry and arrest him after efforts to resolve the issue peacefully failed.
He faces charges of fleeing and eluding an officer, 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting arrest, and bail jumping.
