A convicted sex offender in Green Bay is back in custody.
The Green Bay Police Department announced yesterday (June 24th) that they were working with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections to find 28-year-old Andy Stewart for an outstanding warrant.
Police also said it was believed that Stewart cut off his electronic monitoring device.
He has since been arrested and is no longer wanted. Court documents show that he was convicted in 2015 of 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, 4th-degree sexual assault, and exposing his genitals.
He also pleaded no contest to exposing a child to harmful material, intimidation, and false imprisonment in a separate case.
