A Milwaukee teenager is facing serious charges after a fatal shooting earlier this month.
14-year-old Donavin Webb has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide, attempted robbery using force, and recklessly endangering safety.
The incident occurred on June 6th near Stark Foods at 46th and Hampton.
One man was killed at the scene, and three others were injured and hospitalized.
