A Sheboygan man has received federal child pornography charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin has announced that 31-year-old Nolan M. Pitsch has been charged with five counts of Production of Child Pornography and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
The federal indictment alleges that between March of 2024 and approximately September 30th of last year, Pitsch “knowingly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced multiple minor children to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct.”
The indictment further alleges that the 31-year-old knowingly possessed images of child pornography, including children under the age of 12.
This case was investigated by numerous DHS offices from across the country, including Milwaukee, Albany, Chicago, and Indianapolis, along with the Sheboygan Police Department.
If convicted, Pitsch could face up to 50 years in prison.
