
A Lieutenant with the Sheboygan Police Department has graduated with high honors from the Southern Police Institute.
Lieutenant Sarah Blodgett has graduated from the Institute’s 153rd Administrative Officers Course at the University of Louisville.
This course is a 12-week intensive program that attracts students from around the globe to offer instruction on topics of police administration, crime prevention, trauma-informed policing, and much more.
These concepts learned through the Administrative Officers Course have been implemented as an integral part of the Sheboygan PD’s proactive neighborhood policing strategy and to further the safety of Sheboygan residents.
In addition to her graduation, Lt. Blodgett was named by her peers as the class vice president and awarded the B. Edward Campbell Service Award.
