The executive director of Progress Lakeshore is joining a special council in Chicago.
Jamie Zastrow was selected for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council on Small Business Community and Economic Development, Agriculture, and Labor.
Zastrow will specifically serve as part of the Council’s Small Business, Agriculture, and Labor Sub-Council.
The Advisory Council is composed of a diverse group of leaders and experts representing a wide range of industries and communities across the heart of the Midwest.
Council members provide critical insights to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago leadership regarding current economic conditions and emerging trends within their sectors and communities.
Zastrow says she is honored to join the council saying, “Representing small business and economic development at this level is a unique opportunity to elevate the voices of the communities we serve here in Manitowoc County and across the Seventh District.”
Progress Lakeshore says her selection reflects her deep experience in economic development, community engagement, and advocacy for small businesses and workforce initiatives in Wisconsin.
