A Green Bay artist has used his talents to raise over $16,000 for local charities.
Zane Statz was the artist behind the 70-foot-long mural entitled Green Bay Gives Back, which is located right across the street from Lambeau Field.
The piece was crafted in celebration of the NFL Draft and features the likenesses of 33 NFL fans who paid to be depicted on the fence.
In total, $16,750 was collected and divided between three charities, Grit 920, Freedom House, and 23’s Cleats 4 Kids.
Statz collaborated with Minneapolis-based illustrator Craig Nordeen, who created custom character-style portraits of each fan.
