One of Plymouth High School’s student organizations will be competing at Road America next week.
The Plymouth High Tech Ed Club will compete in the Formula Student Competition on Monday (April 12th) and Tuesday (April 13th) on Road America’s Motorplex track.
On both days, gates will open at 7:30 a.m. and those attending are asked to enter through gate 6.
A safety meeting will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Monday ahead of practice that will run until noon.
Timed laps will then take place until 3:00 p.m. on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Formula Student program has students design, build, and test vehicles ahead of the annual competition at Road America.
This will be a controlled, time-trial-based event with the school with the fastest time taking home first place.
This event is free to attend either day and food and drinks will be available for purchase at the track.
