A Milwaukee County Circuit Judge is currently the subject of a federal investigation over claims she assisted an undocumented immigrant in evading arrest by ICE agents at the courthouse.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Judge Hannah Dugan, who has served since 2016, has not been formally charged.
Federal authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
