
There are areas all over the county that produce maple syrup.
Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve staff is holding a 3/4-mile guided hike through the educational stations out in the sugar bush.
Staff will add a stop for a close-up look at the “Sugar Shack” and then wrap the tour up with a tasty treat.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Tickets are purchased online only and pre-registration I required.
The cost is $5 per person and ages two or under get in for free.
Refunds are not an option unless the event is canceled by the Brown County Parks Department.
