There are a pair of meetings today (March 20th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Plan Commission will hold a special meeting in the Koska Room in the Community House at 6:15 p.m.
There, the group will review the site and architectural plan and conditional use permit requests for a pair of warehouse and fitness facilities planned for the 1000 block for 33rd Street, and a proposed amendment to the short-term rental section of the Municipal Code.
Closing out the day will be the Personnel and Finance Committee, which will take over the Koska Room at 7:00 p.m.
They will discuss an amendment to the city’s revenue recognition policy and will schedule a date for the 2024 City Audit.
