A suspect is in custody following a stabbing incident in Madison over the weekend.
Police report that two individuals got into a confrontation Saturday on State Street.
During the altercation, one person used a sharp object, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries to the other.
A box cutter was later recovered on Langdon Street.
Authorities confirmed the suspect was arrested and is currently undergoing further evaluations before facing charges.
