The City of Sheboygan has held talks to discuss the conduct of their City Attorney.
Sheboygan’s Committee of the Whole met last night (March 17th) in Council Chambers with the lone topic on the docket being a discussion regarding City Attorney Charles Adams’ conduct and performance.
In the committee’s agenda posted online, the entire discussion was held in a closed session because “if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation” of the City Attorney.
The meeting agenda continues to say that the committee will “receive the report from independent counsel related to the conduct and performance of the City Attorney and otherwise deliberate concerning the contents of the report and the potential ramifications of the report under City ordinances and state law.”
However, it is currently uncertain what specific conduct or actions of City Attorney Charles Adams were discussed at last night’s Committee of the Whole meeting.
