A couple of building projects continue to grow in Two Rivers.
City Manager Greg Buckley explained in his report that an expansion project at Sauve’s Auto Service is almost finished but not quite ready for a ribbon cutting.
Their expansion was also part of a bigger discussion of façade grants the city has been able to give out.
The $1 million expansion project of Sauve’s was helped with a $200,000 pay-as-you-go TID grant from the city.
Construction is also slated to start for a new building being built by Rush Logistics.
The city’s plan commission will look over the plans before the council votes on approving the project at a future meeting.
