A plea date has been set for one of the two teens charged with child sexual assault in Sheboygan County.
17-year-old Cole Guttmann of Random Lake was scheduled for a status conference on Monday (March 3rd); however, it has been pushed back to March 14th.
In addition to the status conference being delayed on Monday, a plea and sentencing hearing was also scheduled for that March 14th date as well.
Guttmann is facing charges of First-Degree Sexual Assault-Sexual Contact or Intercourse with a Person Under the Age of 13, Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and Child Sexual Exploitation, along with two counts of Incest with a Child and two counts of Possession of Child Pornography by a Person Under the Age of 18.
It is alleged that Guttman and another teen, 16-year-old Spencer Dietrich, forced two young brothers into engaging in sexual acts with each other, recorded it, and then distributed the video to others.
Dietrich will return to court on March 31st for a final pre-trial hearing, while Guttmann returns on March 14th for the aforementioned status conference and plea and sentencing hearings.
