Police in Oshkosh have offered tips on how to prevent vehicle break-ins.
The Oshkosh Police Department has recently shared that their community has recently fallen victim to an increase in break-ins and thefts.
Currently, authorities in Oshkosh are actively working to identify and apprehend the suspect, or suspects, involved in the string of break-ins.
While they investigate, Oshkosh PD has provided preventative tips to residents.
These tips include always taking your keys from your vehicle, keeping vehicles locked when not in use, and parking in well-lit areas.
Additionally, they urge you to promptly report any suspicious activity to the police and to utilize security cameras if possible.
Following these tips may prevent a vehicle break-in or theft which have been on the rise as of late in Oshkosh.
