Thanks to community partnerships, the Plymouth Joint School District is offering child developmental screenings.
These screenings will take place on March 6th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and March 7th from 8:00 a.m. to noon at Generations in Plymouth.
They are being offered to children aged six months through five years.
Benefits of these screenings include the recognition of developmental achievements, support for school-readiness skills, and early detection of potential developmental delays.
They will also cover areas such as problem-solving, language, personal-social interactions, and much more while providing parents with additional helpful resources.
The screenings are coordinated by the Sheboygan County Community Partnership for Children with support from the Plymouth School District, Family Resource Center, and other community groups.
Screenings are offered free of charge, but pre-registration is required by March 4th.
Those interested can register online by visiting familyresourcesheboygan.org.
