
A Two Rivers woman is facing charges in a canine death case.
The Two Rivers Police Department released a statement earlier today, noting that Elizabeth C. Rahmlow was arrested in connection to an animal abuse case.
Officers were investigating a complaint when they found a dog dead in a kennel inside of an unoccupied apartment.
Rahmlow was detained on charges of Abandoning an Animal and Mistreatment of Animals Resulting in Death.
No additional details were released, but the Two Rivers Police Department thanked the Lakeshore Humane Society for their help in the investigation.
