A Manitowoc man charged in a child porn case is pleading not guilty.
Court documents show that 47-year-old Steven Wester will be back in a Manitowoc County Courtroom in June for a scheduling conference.
Wester waived his right to a preliminary hearing before he was arraigned.
Wester is charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children informed Manitowoc Police about photos depicting child pornography being uploaded from a computer in Manitowoc.
Police say they went to Wester’s home where they found a “significant amount of images and video files” depicting child porn.
He is currently out on bond.
