An elementary school teacher from Plymouth recently received a statewide honor.
Marcus Lackovic, a 2nd grade teacher at Plymouth’s Fairview Elementary School, has been awarded as one of Wisconsin’s Outstanding Educators by WEA Member Benefits.
The Outstanding Educator program seeks to amplify the voices of those shaping the future of Wisconsin students.
Lackovic accepted the award in Madison at the Wisconsin Badgers Men’s Hockey game against Penn State on February 7th while accompanied by family, friends, and colleagues.
WEA Member Benefits partners with the University of Wisconsin to celebrate and recognize the dedication and impact educators such as Lackovic have across the state.
