A Milwaukee man has been arrested after allegedly driving under the influence for the fifth time.
The Wisconsin State Patrol stopped the driver early this morning for speeding at 115 miles per hour in a 70 mph zone.
During the stop, the trooper reported that the driver made multiple threats and had a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.
The man was arrested and taken to the hospital for a blood test.
He faces charges of possession of THC and making threats against law enforcement.
He is currently held in the Jefferson County Jail.
