The Manitowoc Public School District wants the public’s input on their superintendent search.
An online survey is now available for residents in the school district to help identify key priorities and desired qualities for the next superintendent.
School Board President Chris Able says input is invaluable in shaping the leadership profiled in the interview process.
The survey remains open until next Monday (February 17th). Feedback from the public will directly assist the school board in selecting a leader who will serve students, staff, and the community.
More information can be found on the superintendent search page of the district’s website, including the Board’s plan to seek volunteers at a later date to serve on groups that will meet with superintendent finalists and offer feedback to the board.
The new superintendent will assume the role on July 1st.
MPSD is working with the Wisconsin Association of School Boards in the search process.
